La Subasta returns again virtually next Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., which offers the opportunity to live the excitement of this event seeking the well-being and safety of those looking to acquire properties at incredible prices.
To participate in this event, people must:
- Register on the website www.centrocasas.com, or by calling 787-287-0100 to participate or by emailing the signed terms to subastas@centrocasas.com. To receive the email link invitation to participate in the june 18 auction at 10:00 a.m., you must have complied with all terms and conditions by Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
- Properties have to be inspected by participants before La Subasta, remembering the protocols established to prevent Covid-19 (wearing a mask and maintaining physical distancing all the time). You should contact Centro Casas Subastas at 787-287-0100 or betsy@centrocasas.com to coordinate inspection.
- La Subasta Virtual is subject to confirmation by the seller, which means that, as a result of the bid, the highest bidder and their bid must be approved by the selling party.
