A pioneering figure in the auction industry, Belkys is renowned for introducing innovative sales strategies in Puerto Rico. Her extensive experience in real estate encompasses property resales, new project promotions, challenging property sales, and foreclosures. As the first female auctioneer in Puerto Rico and dubbed the “Queen of Auctions,” Belkys wears many hats in her career, leaving us eagerly anticipating her latest concepts.
Betsy Pino, Vice President
Betsy has dedicated over 25 years to the service industry, striving to provide exceptional service. She became a full-time member of Centro Casas in 2001 and has since focused exclusively on her work there. As the leader of our Auction Department, Betsy successfully coordinates more than 100 auctions each year. Her fluency in English and Spanish and her expertise as a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer make her a valuable asset to our team.
Ivy Ruiz, Manager
Ivy is dynamic in the island’s real estate and mortgage banking industries. Her role in the Centro Casas team began in 2006, and she currently oversees the company’s Real Estate Department. With a team of skilled brokers, Ivy ensures that both sellers’ goals and buyers’ dreams are achieved for successful real estate transactions.
Belkyan Duarte, Comptroller
Belkyan has joined Centro Casas as the accounting and finance leader with over ten years of experience. She has worked for numerous banking institutions and consulting firms on the island, providing new perspectives to complement Centro Casas’ management team. In addition to being a young executive, she is also a licensed real estate broker with auction experience.
